We are a well-managed 56 unit bare land
condominium community located in northwest Calgary.
Our bungalow-style homes are situated off Rocky Ridge Drive
between the Rocky Ridge Co-op and Tuscany LRT Station and
directly south of the Rocky Ridge Ranch Homeowner's
Association. Mapeland Homes Ltd. began constructing
our Villas in 1998 and, over several years, completed two single
family (detached) units along with 54 semi-detached duplexes of various
sizes. Each villa has a single
level above grade with a few having a walkout on the lower
level. Each has an above ground deck at the rear and an
attached double garage with concrete driveway in front.
There are no age restrictions for either ownership or residency
in our Villas.
