| Many of our owners have made changes to the interior and/or the deck area of their unit. While changes to the outside appearance of the unit are subject to Board approval, interior changes usually are not. As a result the Condominium Corporation is not responsible to insure such changes. The insurance certificate held by our Corporation ensures that our buildings and landscaping will be returned to original (as built) condition in the event of an insured loss. However, it does NOT mean that improvements added by current or previous owners will also be restored. Each owner needs to have their own insurance coverage to restore any modifications that have been made to their unit beyond what is listed in this Standard Insurable Unit Description page.
