Condo Issues is a question and answer column by Edmonton lawyer Robert Noce appearing from time to time in the Edmonton Journal and the Calgary Herald. It is intended to provide information to condo owners and individuals living in this type of housing. While many of the topics he discusses will deal with issues unique to apartment style condos there are some questions that apply to bare land condos like ours.
